(Tmax with ACE inhibitor) / (Tmax without ACE inhibitor) ≥ 1.40  (≥ 40% change)

or

(20-min/peak parenchymal uptake with ACE inhibitor) - (20-min/peak parenchymal uptake without ACE inhibitor) ≥ 15%

or

(differential renal uptake of suspected kidney without ACE inhibitor) - (differential renal uptake or suspected kidney with ACE inhibitor) ≥ 10%

GlomerularAgents (99mTc- DTPA)

High probability if

(GFR without ACE inhibitor) / (GFR with ACE inhibitor) ≥ 1.10  (≥ 10% change)

or

(differential renal uptake of suspected kidney without ACE inhibitor) - (differential renal uptake of suspected kidney with ACE inhibitor) ≥ 10%
