The patient is a 11-year-old male status post cadaveric renal transplantation 2 days prior to this study, who is referred for evaluation of renal function.

The blood-flow phase images show prompt tracer in the right iliac fossa, consistent with normal renal perfusion.

The blood-pool phase images demonstrate normal renal uptake function of the kidney.

The delayed images show delay in tracer clearance from the transplanted kidney.

1. The transplanted kidney shows normal perfusion.

2. However, there is delay in clearance of tracer from the transplanted kidney, consistent with ATN (Acute Tubular Necrosis.) like pattern.
