The patient is a 62-year-old male with a history of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis status post left lung transplantation and renal failure referred for evaluation of acute interstitial nephritis.
Both kidneys demonstrate mild homogeneous tracer uptake in both the 24 and 48 hour scans. No focal nodal uptake is observed in the abdomen and visualized pelvis.
