The patient is a 43-year-old female with a right adrenal mass.

The 24-hour images there is a focus of moderately increased tracer activity located in the abdomen immediately right of the midline and inferior to the liver approximately in the expected position of the right adrenal gland. In the 48 hours images, this focus is more intense.

Abnormal MIBG study demonstrating a single focus of tracer uptake located in the expected region of the right adrenal gland consistent with a pheochromocytoma.
