There are new foci of increased tracer activity involving the posterior left upper thoracic cage involving the 4th, 5th, and 7th ribs in a linear distribution.
There are 2 abnormal foci of increased tracer uptake along the costal margin of the left thoracic cage involving the 7th and 8th ribs. There is mild focal increased tracer uptake at the costal margin of the second left rib.
Persistent mild tracer uptake is demonstrated within both ankle joints, left greater than right, consistent with degenerative changes.
