The patient is a 48-year-old female with a history of COPD and arthralgia, status post bilateral lung transplant 18 months prior to this study.

There is increased tracer activity observed in the left 7th and 8th rib, the right posterolateral ribs/medial border of the right scapular and the sternomanubrial junction.

There is linear tracer activity noted along the superficial aspect of the bilateral tibiae, proximal femora and bilateral ulnars/radius.

Increased tracer activity noted in bilateral shoulder, wrist, hips, and the ankle joints.

Linear tracer activity along the lateral tibiae, proximal femora and bilateral ulnars/radius is consistent with hypertrophic pulmonary osteoarthropathy.

Increased tracer activity in the left 7th and 8th rib, the right posterolateral ribs/medial border of the right scapular and the sternomanubrial junction likely represents postoperative changes following bilateral lung transplantation.
