There is mild uptake throughout the left lung likely related to a known left pleural effusion.

There is increased tracer activity observed in the left aspects of the vertebral bodies of L4 and L5.

Mild uptake throughout the left lung consistent with the left pleural effusion.

Lesions in the vertebral bodies of L4 and L5 most likely representing degenerative changes in correlation with the recent CT scan of the abdomen pelvis showing no evidence of bony metastatic disease.
